You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at the time of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, KYC failure and forfeiture of funds.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order or legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use this Platform.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the 777fz Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. If the laws of your jurisdiction prohibit online gambling, you must not use this Platform. 777fz does not warrant that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
To access the full range of services on the 777fz Platform, you must complete the account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. 777fz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 777fz support team immediately via the contact details set out in Section 17 of these Terms.
777fz is required to conduct identity verification procedures in accordance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering standards. By registering an Account, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide such documents and information as 777fz may reasonably request.
KYC verification may require one or more of the following documents:
KYC review timelines are subject to the operator's internal processing capacity. 777fz does not guarantee a specific verification turnaround time. Withdrawals may be withheld pending successful KYC completion. You are encouraged to submit verification documents promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting a withdrawal.
If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, 777fz reserves the right to restrict account functionality, withhold pending withdrawals and, where applicable, return deposited funds by the original deposit method after deducting any applicable processing fees.
The payment methods available on the 777fz Platform are displayed in the cashier section at the time of your deposit or withdrawal request. Payment method availability is subject to change without notice. Methods that may be referenced for Pakistani users include Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, bank transfer (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah), and cryptocurrency (subject to cashier availability). These payment provider names are referenced for context only and do not imply that any payment provider endorses or supports gambling transactions. Users must verify method availability and the provider's own terms before transacting.
All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the cashier and are subject to change. 777fz does not accept cash deposits. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are subject to network confirmation times and exchange rate fluctuations at the time of credit.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to a method verified as belonging to the Account Holder. Withdrawal requests are subject to:

The Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the primary referenced currency on the 777fz Platform. Where your deposit or withdrawal method operates in a different currency, the applicable conversion rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 777fz is not responsible for currency conversion fees or rate fluctuations.
777fz offers various promotional incentives to eligible Account Holders from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are made available before you opt in. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion-specific terms in addition to these General Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and contribution percentages will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Illustrative example: a bonus of PKR 1,000 subject to a 30x wagering requirement must generate PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
While a bonus is active in your Account, a maximum single bet limit applies. Placing bets that exceed this limit may, at 777fz's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. The specific maximum bet limit will be stated in the promotion terms.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will be automatically removed from the Account. Expired bonus funds are not refundable or replaceable.
777fz reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds, and to close the associated Account, where there is evidence of promotional abuse. Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, wagering on low-variance or restricted games with the intent of meeting wagering requirements without genuine play, and participation via automated or scripted means.
Promotions are offered at the sole discretion of 777fz. The availability of any promotion described on the Platform does not constitute a guarantee that it will remain available, that the terms will remain unchanged, or that future promotions of the same type will be offered.
All games and betting markets available on the 777fz Platform are governed by game-specific rules and sportsbook-specific rules that are accessible within each game or market. Users are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing any wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 777fz reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Account Holder. Game outcomes generated by certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer streams that have been correctly processed by the game engine are considered final.
Sportsbook bets that have been accepted and settled in accordance with the stated rules of the relevant market are considered final. Late settlement or resettlement may occur where incorrect results are initially posted due to a data feed error, in which case the corrected result shall stand.
The 777fz Platform is not available to residents of certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. 777fz may use technical measures, including IP geolocation, to restrict access from such territories. The inability of such measures to prevent access in all cases does not constitute permission to use the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777fz or the relevant rights holder.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777fz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
777fz does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free or free from interruptions. Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults or Force Majeure events does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". 777fz expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
777fz reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances, among others:
Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any bonus funds and subject to completed KYC) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 777fz Platform, including but not limited to account matters, payments, bonus terms or game outcomes, you should contact the 777fz support team in the first instance via the contact details set out in Section 17. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the nature of the issue and any relevant dates or reference numbers.
777fz aims to acknowledge all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to provide a substantive response within the timeframe stated in the Platform's complaint-handling policy. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures available under the operator's license.
777fz reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 777fz will use reasonable efforts to notify Account Holders by email, in-platform notification or by prominently displaying the amended Terms on the Platform, with an updated "Last Reviewed" date.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with the procedure set out in Section 13.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777fz holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaint procedure in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration bodies competent under the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction. Users based in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling may be regulated or restricted by Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that 777fz does not provide legal advice on the applicability of such laws.
